Where we ship
We currently deliver across India only. If you're ordering from a remote location, delivery may take a little longer — but we promise it'll be worth the wait.

Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹1,999 only. Orders above ₹1,999 must be prepaid and qualify for free shipping.
Delivery timelines
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (on business days), and typically delivered within 3–10 working days. Occasionally, unexpected delays may occur — thank you for your patience and understanding.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Order issues
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us at hello@drinkanothr.com within 48 hours of delivery. If your order is delayed, you can reach us any time after the expected delivery date. Either way, we'll get it sorted as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Can I return my order?
Since ANOTHR is a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste preferences, or an incorrect order placed by the customer. Used or consumed products are not eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
However, if something went wrong on our end, we'll always make it right.
Eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product
- Your order arrived damaged
- The product was expired or compromised on arrival
How we resolve eligible claims
Every eligible claim is reviewed individually. Once we've assessed your claim and the photos you share, we'll resolve it with a refund or a replacement of the affected products, and confirm the outcome with you.
How to raise a request
- Email us at hello@drinkanothr.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Please include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and at least two clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refund timeline
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Important
- Refunds or replacements apply only to issues reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the eligibility criteria above.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order any time before it has been processed or dispatched.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
- For prepaid orders that are cancelled before dispatch, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- To cancel an order, email hello@drinkanothr.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.
